Robiot Canada e-store, Gigaimex.com, uses PayPal Express Checkout to allow its customers to complete transactions in very few steps.
How PayPal Express Checkout works
1. After selecting products to purchase, customer clicks the Checkout. If customer has an email address and password registered with PayPal, log in directly to retrieve your billing information stored securely at PayPal. This allows customer to quickly skip entering billing information on gigaimex.com. Or customer can create a PayPal account within minutes.
2. Customer are transferred to PayPal ¨C where they select their payment method, as well as the correct shipping and billing address ¨C then are returned to gigaimex.com to complete purchases.
3. PayPal automatically gives gigaimex.com the shipping address, email, and other customer information needed to fulfill order.

Robiot Canada accepts cheque payable to ¡°Robiot Canada¡± and Canadian funds or U.S. funds wire transfer.
Shipping
Order will be processed 1~5 days after the confirmation date. Customer will be notified if an unavailibilities occured. Giga Imex will use Canada Post/Canpar/UPS ground as its preferred courier service to provide customer economic and fast delivery service. Insurance is included to reduce risk of losing goods. Giga Imex also can arrange international order delivery ahead of time. Shipping and customer service will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the exception of Canadian Statutory Holidays
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Giga Imex allows refund on the product to ensure customer satisfaction. But the refund is limited to 10 days from delivery of goods to protect company benefit. Giga Imex will charge a 20% restocking charge from customer 's credit. Giga Imex embraces immediate notification of a problem. Giga Imex will be happy to work with customer to solve the problem to their satisfaction. Giga Imex asks return shipment be prepaid and with approved RA#.
